? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting an established hospitality group in sourcing an experienced and commercially minded leader to oversee the strategic, operational, and brand performance of its Cape Town portfolio as ????? ?????????? ???????? . This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving consistent service delivery and operational excellence across multiple sites, while supporting General Managers and department heads to embed standards, streamline systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will bring a strong eye for detail, the ability to problem-solve calmly under pressure, and the leadership presence to build accountability, structure, and momentum across teams. Equally important is a strong commercial mindset, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, margin optimisation, cost control, and performance reporting, while maintaining the integrity of the guest experience and brand positioning.
