Job Summary
A busy, well-established Dental Practice in Milnerton, Western Cape, is looking to appoint an experienced, HPCSA-registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working in private practice and is looking for a flexible position with excellent earning potential in a well-supported environment.
Position Details:
Permanent position
Available to start as soon as possible
Location: Milnerton, Western Cape
Working Hours:
Approximately 140–160 hours per month
Flexible working schedule
Rotational Saturday shifts
Remuneration:
Commission-based earnings of 33%–50% of turnover
Commission is payable on all patients treated, regardless of whether payment has been received
No deductions for bad debts
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential)
Current HPCSA registration
Valid malpractice/professional indemnity insurance
Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Practice & Support:
Dedicated Dental Assistant provided
Dentists are responsible for their own billing
GoodX practice management software
