• Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in stock planning, replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain.

  • Data Volume: Proven experience handling large stock/sales volumes.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, model building); Power Query/Pivot is advantageous.

  • Core Abilities: High numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, strong organisation, and time-management.

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement to manage competing priorities under pressure.

  • Industry Context: Retail, furniture, or consumer goods background across multi-showroom networks is preferred.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books, coordinate events etc.

• Build productive relationships with customers by advising and selling to customers in the showroom and handling internal and external complaints and queries

• Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants

Skills required:

• Stock Replenishment: Coordinate daily/weekly national showroom stock; balance inventory and monitor transfers.

• Inventory Analysis: Identify demand patterns, slow-moving items, stock imbalances, and obsolete inventory.

• Performance Monitoring: Report on stock availability, weeks of supply, and excess stock levels.

• Data Management: Cleanse large datasets, automate reporting, and build stock planning templates.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with warehouses, distribution centres, and showroom managers to resolve availability risks.

• Process Optimisation: Minimise out-of-stock situations and improve inventory productivity through data-driven decisions.
