? We’re Hiring: Reservations Manager Boutique Hotel & Lodge Collection Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating seamless guest journeys from the very first enquiry? Our collection of boutique hotels and lodges is looking for a dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our reservations function and ensure exceptional guest service across all properties. ✨ What You’ll Do Oversee and manage all reservations across the portfolio Ensure accurate, efficient processing of enquiries, confirmations, modifications & cancellations Drive occupancy and revenue through effective yield and rate management Maintain strong communication with guests, agents, and internal departments Lead; train, and support the Reservations Team Manage PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets Review daily arrivals, VIP bookings, and ensure guest notes are actioned Provide detailed reporting and support strategic decision-making ✨ What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ Snr reservations experience in boutique hotels/lodges Strong understanding of rate structures, distribution channels & reservation systems Experience supervising or leading a team Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., NightsBridge, Opera, RoomRaccoon, etc.) Willing & able to work flexible shifts ?
