About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the face of the Go-To-Market team, fuelling top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll engage potential clients, uncover their challenges, and set the stage for successful sales conversations. Key Responsibilities
Represent the company’s solutions with a deep understanding of client needs
Conduct research and outreach to generate leads and build strong prospect pipelines
Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails
Maintain accurate pipeline records and collaborate with Sales Executives to advance deals
Identify and share best practices to optimize lead generation strategies
Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and the sales team
Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates to the Sales Manager
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and virtual channels
Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
A hunger to grow and progress within a high-performing sales team
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple leads at once
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
