The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring consistently high service standards, strong team performance, and memorable guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in an up-market environment and takes pride in delivering polished, detail-driven food and beverage service. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Food Safety and Hygiene certification Proven experience managing teams in an up-market F&B environment Strong understanding of F&B operations, ideally including kitchen management exposure Sound knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery Lead; motivate, and manage front-of-house and service teams to consistently high standards Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow and quality control Maintain exceptional guest experiences, handling feedback and resolving issues professionally Manage stock control, ordering, cost management, and budgeting Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards Drive service standards, staff training, and continuous improvement Manage rosters and staffing levels in line with business needs PLEASE NOTE – We would appreciate it if you could read the requirements before applying.
