A Dynmaic Company is seeking a Results-driven Recruiter Generalist / Recruitment Specialist with solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job levels and industries. Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, source high-quality talent, and deliver timely placements aligned with business objectives. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labour legislation, and candidate engagement, with a people-first and compliance-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and onboarding
Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
Draft and place job adverts across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and networking
Conduct competency-based interviews and pre-screening assessments
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background checks, and offer management
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, EE requirements, and company policies
Support onboarding processes and probation follow-ups
Assist with employer branding and recruitment process improvement initiatives
