Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing • Background in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality preferred • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM systems • Proven ability to analyse performance and optimise ROI • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy ? • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets • Identify growth opportunities across international markets • Manage and optimise the marketing budget Digital Marketing & Lead Generation ? • Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns • Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimising for CPL and ROI • Improve website performance and conversion rates Content & Organic Growth ✍️ • Lead SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic • Oversee blogs, newsletters, and digital content • Ensure all content is engaging and conversion-focused CRM & Lead Nurturing ? • Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurture journeys • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions • Drive repeat and referral business through targeted campaigns Brand & Performance ? • Maintain strong brand positioning across international markets • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance • Identify PR, partnership, and influencer opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to make a real impact within a growing, luxury travel-focused business ?
