Our client within the ICT industry is currently looking to recruit a Support Technician based in Cape Town.
This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting client Voice and Data networks, including routers, gateways, PBX phones, and CCTV infrastructure, as well as configuring network and voice solutions to meet client requirements.
The Support Technician will act as the primary interface for all client users, providing technical support via phone, email, and face-to-face.
The role includes network and voice configuration, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintenance, as well as supporting Microsoft Windows and Exchange environments.
Candidates must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks under pressure, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
