DLK Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define the requirements for a Contract Management Intake Hub and Risk Management Dashboard. You will turn existing processes, registers and reporting needs into clear requirements that can be built, tested and approved.

This opportunity is suited to an independent consultant who works across multiple engagements. The hours and capacity required may vary as the project moves through its different stages. You will need to be available for agreed workshops, reviews and delivery commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and mapping current and proposed processes.
  
• Defining the Intake Hub’s submission fields, supporting documents, allocation rules, status tracking and notifications.
  
• Assessing and reconciling existing contract management and SAP PPM risk registers.
  
• Documenting requirements, user stories, business rules, data mappings and acceptance criteria.
  
• Supporting solution reviews, testing, user acceptance and handover.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Business Management or a related field.
  
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or an equivalent recognised business analysis certification.
  
• Substantial experience analysing digital workflows, business processes or reporting solutions.
  
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, data analysis and facilitation skills.
  
• The capacity to meet agreed project commitments alongside any other engagements.
  
• Contract management, risk management, SAP PPM or Microsoft 365 experience will be an advantage.
