Where You'll Make an Impact

In this role, you will oversee allocated projects, ensuring strict adherence to cash flow management and project schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, managing consultant and contractor appointments, and monitoring their performance to uphold quality standards. Your oversight will extend to contract management, including JBCC and NEC frameworks, reviewing invoices and appointment letters, and ensuring all financial and contractual obligations are met accurately. Additionally, facilitating successful audits by the Auditor General will be a vital part of your responsibilities.

Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating project activities, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining compliance across all processes and protocols. Your expertise will help streamline operations, safeguard project timelines, and uphold our commitment to quality and transparency.

Key requirements include a degree in Architecture, with at least five years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project and contract management. Proficiency in JBCC and NEC contract administration, financial oversight, and strong communication skills are essential. Resilience and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively will set the successful candidate apart.

Nice-to-have skills include experience in project management software and familiarity with audit procedures.
