The ideal candidate must be based in or willing to relocate and be available to work in Cape Town . This role is best suited to a creative, commercially minded professional who understands the nuances of luxury travel, brand positioning, and digital engagement. The successful candidate will take ownership of building and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all marketing initiatives. From managing digital content and social media strategy to driving direct bookings and strengthening partnerships, this role plays a key part in enhancing market visibility and revenue growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners such as PR agencies, media, and designers, the Marketing Manager will ensure that all communications align with the brand’s vision and values. JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives Manage digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms Drive brand awareness through PR, partnerships, and media engagement Oversee website performance, content updates, and user experience improvements Increase direct bookings through targeted online campaigns Create and manage newsletters, mailers, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with PR agencies and manage press-related activities Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels Monitor industry trends to guide marketing decisions Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders Manage content production including blogs, photography, and video shoots Oversee paid and organic social media strategies and community management Lead brand positioning and ensure alignment with the company vision Collaborate with designers and developers for marketing collateral Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in luxury hospitality or travel Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and high-end branding Ability to work onsite in Cape Town Package: - Salary: Market Related - This is a live-out position Start Date: ASAP
