Our expanding client in Maitland, Cape Town is looking for an HR Manager with 5+ years' experience handling at least 100 staff. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial and leadership qualities and have a no-nonsense attitude. You will need to be able to work Mon - Sat and start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees
Ensure strict compliance with company policies (attendance, uniforms, sign-in/out procedures)
Drive employee engagement and maintain discipline across all departments
Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff development programs
Provide guidance to supervisors and team leaders on HR best practices
Handle conflict resolution and enforce workplace standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience
Proven ability to lead and manage large teams
Strong managerial and leadership qualities with a firm, assertive approach
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain authority
Working Hours: 06:00 - 15:00 (Mon - Fri) + 06:00 - 10:00 (Sat)
