Required for Hotel & Lodge Group, based in Cape Town Salary package negotiable around R1.2M p/a · Solid track record · 5-10 years exp overseeing finance for multi-hotel properties · Relevant accounting/financial-management degree/diploma · Substantial financial-management experience with full responsibility for month-end close and management accounting · Proven leadership of a finance team across multiple entities · Strong cash-flow forecasting, consolidation, intercompany, balance-sheet control, budgeting, stock/COS analysis, audit and statutory-compliance experience · Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of accounting/ERP and hospitality PMS · Good practical knowledge of relevant legislation and reporting frameworks, including VAT, income tax, Companies Act requirements, BCEA, EE, OHSA, COIDA, IFRS and GAAP · Ability to understand hospitality market dynamics and macro-economic trends and explain their operational and financial impact · Confidence producing information for senior management, owners, boards and lenders, supported by reconciled records and clear evidence To apply, send full CV + photo + references HOSPITALITY PLACEMENTS Integrity.
