Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the digital presence of multiple well-established consumer brands within the retail and technology space.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative yet commercially minded marketer who understands digital marketing beyond just social media. The successful candidate will take ownership of digital campaigns across multiple brands, helping to grow engagement, traffic, and sales through strategic and practical marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated customer journeys
- Assist in creating thought leadership and brand storytelling content
- Coordinate or create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising
- Manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights, and optimise for results
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimisation, and content recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and business objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs
- Stay up to date with digital trends, AI tools, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, SEO, content strategy, and email marketing
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong copywriting skills across different audiences and platforms
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
- Experience within retail, e-commerce, consumer technology, or gaming environments is advantageous
- Basic design skills are beneficial
