Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a junior digital professional with a passion for tourism, hospitality, conservation, and guest experience. The successful candidate will support the brand’s online presence by engaging with guests and online communities across multiple digital platforms while helping maintain the company’s premium brand reputation. The role will focus on managing guest reviews, responding to online conversations, monitoring social engagement, and ensuring all communication reflects the brand’s authentic and service-driven voice. Platforms include TripAdvisor, GuestRevu, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in luxury travel and hospitality. You should be confident communicating professionally online, handling guest feedback calmly, and adapting tone across different platforms.
