What You Bring A culinary qualification in pastry and a strong portfolio of professional work. 5+ years’ pastry experience, with time spent in luxury or boutique hospitality. A natural eye for detail and a passion for modern, elegant plating. Strong leadership and the ability to work smoothly under pressure.
