This senior role is ideal for a proactive finance professional with multi-property experience in the hospitality sector, capable of delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence. Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Minimum 5+ years’ financial management experience, preferably in hospitality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Leadership experience managing finance teams • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and hotel management software • Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Strategy • Lead the finance function across three hotels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with compliance standards • Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial risks • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies Collaboration & Team Development • Partner with General Managers and Heads of Department to support strategic decision-making and optimise profitability • Lead and develop finance teams at each property, ensuring best practices across the cluster • Mentor staff to strengthen skills, knowledge, and performance Professional Attributes • Strong leadership, integrity, and reliability • Proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills This role is ideal for a senior finance professional looking to make a significant impact across multiple luxury properties.
