Provide expert guidance across all product categories, offering styling advice and tailored recommendations. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, clienteling tools, and personalised communication to foster brand loyalty. Collaborate effectively as a team player, contributing to a positive, high-performance store culture. Continuously develop and master brand heritage, craftsmanship knowledge, and product expertise. PROFILE Previous experience within luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments. Strong commercial acumen with a passion for client engagement and service excellence.
