The property will feature a refined restaurant concept, offering contemporary cuisine with Mediterranean and South African influences, designed to deliver a premium dining experience to both hotel guests and external patrons. The ideal candidate will bring technical mastery, reliability, and creativity, with proven ability in modern breakfast service, artisanal bakery, and healthy, innovative plating. Strong leadership, consistency, and operational clarity are essential, alongside the ability to collaborate with the wider culinary team to ensure seamless integration with the restaurant’s fine-dining standards.
