The ideal candidate will bring reliability, technical skill, and a passion for breakfast service, with proven ability in hot and cold preparation, artisanal bakery, and creative plating. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are essential to deliver excellence. Experience & Qualifications Breakfast expertise in hot and cold service, artisanal breads, and plated dishes Modern Greek cuisine knowledge, including mezze-inspired breakfast options and Mediterranean flavors Bakery and pastry skills for viennoiserie, laminated doughs, and signature breakfast pastries Premium dining background preferred, with strong presentation and culinary discipline Ability to manage a breakfast section independently while supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef Key Responsibilities Breakfast section management : Oversee your assigned section during breakfast service with precision and efficiency Food preparation : Execute hot and cold breakfast dishes to the highest standard in line with the restaurant’s modern Greek and Mediterranean concept Quality control : Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all breakfast offerings Collaboration : Work closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and brigade to deliver seamless service Innovation : Contribute creative ideas for seasonal breakfast menus and signature dishes Guest satisfaction : Enhance the boutique hotel’s luxury positioning through exceptional breakfast experiences Salary Package R12 – 15 000, depending on experience and skills – no additional benefits To apply for Breakfast Chef de Partie | Cape Town | Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
