Job Description
Managing system availability and server capacity efficiently
Supervising & developing performance of systems support operators
Conducting and facilitating internal audits in compliance with external audit rules
Performing all functions of project management
Ensuring incidents are managed and resolved promptly
Planning and implementing system changes, including documentation and skills transfer
Overseeing all aspects of daily IT operation
Qualifications & Skills
IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma/degree)
Good computer literacy (MS Office) and
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT environment and 1 year experience 2nd or 3rd level IT support
