Job Summary
An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Developer to join its Rapid Response Team (RRT). This team handles technical enhancements, move/add/change requests, and urgent fixes for existing document processing applications.
Most work involves smaller‑scope changes that require a deep understanding of workflows, data processing logic, and system behaviour. Developers work closely with operational teams, manage their own workload in a sprint‑based setup, and respond quickly to high‑priority issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Most work involves smaller‑scope changes that require a deep understanding of workflows, data processing logic, and system behaviour. Developers work closely with operational teams, manage their own workload in a sprint‑based setup, and respond quickly to high‑priority issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing document processing applications.
- Implement move/add/change requests (typically 3–20 hours).
- Modify workflows, templates, and page objects using CCM and scripting tools.
- Investigate and resolve complex data and workflow issues.
- Respond to urgent blocker tickets and restore processing quickly.
- Perform development testing and support UAT.
- Work within weekly sprints while managing tasks independently.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers and operational teams.
- Experience with Document Composition / CCM platforms (e.g. Sefas, Exstream, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong understanding of data processing and formats (XML, CSV, fixed‑width, etc.).
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Professional Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads.
- Comfortable working independently in a sprint‑based environment.
- Clear and effective communicator.
