Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable software solutions aligned to business and technical requirements
- Evaluate deployment environments, performance expectations, maintainability, and long-term solution viability
- Provide technical guidance regarding technology choices, architecture decisions, and trade-offs
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical challenges
- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of software delivery processes and methodologies
- Mentor and support developers and technical team members
- Provide expert input on project estimations, technical feasibility, and solution scope
- Contribute to pre-sales engagements, solution proposals, and technical presentations
- Participate in recruitment, technical assessments, and performance management initiatives
- BSc Computer Science or related tertiary qualification
- Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture
- Strong object-oriented programming expertise
- Advanced C# and .NET development experience
- Solid experience with:

- Blazor
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- WPF
- WCF
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Microsoft certifications advantageous
- Active GitHub, Bitbucket, or Stack Overflow profiles highly beneficial
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
