Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile application projects.
- Guide development teams through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals.
- Ability to architect and structure projects within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work across multiple technologies, tools, and business domains.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and Vue.js.
- Back-end technologies including .NET, Java, and Python.
- Frameworks such as Express and NextJS.
- Build tools including Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp.
- NPM package management.
- MongoDB and other non-relational databases.
- DevOps, CI/CD, and containerisation practices.
