As an IDP Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing intelligent document processing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate document workflows, improve data extraction accuracy, and integrate solutions with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent document processing workflows and automation pipelines
- Implement and optimise OCR and document extraction solutions
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases)
- Develop data processing, validation, and transformation scripts
- Configure and deploy cloud-based document processing solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance and extraction accuracy
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to refine solutions
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software development or intelligent document processing
- Experience implementing OCR and document automation solutions
- Exposure to integrating systems across enterprise environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and related data-processing libraries
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Knowledge of OCR tools and document AI technologies
- Familiarity with system integrations, automation workflows, and APIs
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Experience with IDP or RPA platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, NLP, or computer vision
- Experience with containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud architecture
- Knowledge of data privacy and secure document handling
