Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a Mid-Weight Designer who thinks beyond the brief, applying strong conceptual thinking to solve complex challenges and push the boundaries of each design project.
You will be a capable studio designer who adds value to the creative team through prolific and engaging work, approaching every brief with enthusiasm and identifying opportunities within each task.
Reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside other designers, you will deliver powerful creative ideas and execute a range of design briefs—from developing new visual languages and logos to producing factsheets and report layouts. You will also help drive inspiration within the studio by sharing design trends and work that inspires you.
What will you do:
- Approach every brief from the audience’s perspective to ensure effective and relevant design solutions
- Deliver high-quality design and campaign work across concept, aesthetic and execution
- Research and validate design ideas before presenting them to ensure originality, relevance and longevity
- Execute briefs within allocated timelines while managing your workload to maintain quality
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in typesetting, layout, spelling and ensuring briefs are met accurately
- Collaborate closely with the client service team to ensure expectations are met at every stage
- Develop creative solutions that exceed client expectations and bring innovation to every brief
- Clearly articulate the thinking behind your work to support strong presentations and successful client buy-in
- Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute positively to the creative team
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design practices
What will you need

- Effective communication and presentation skills to explain and support creative work

- Proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word and Figma, as well as other platforms required by clients
