Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design + Animation) – Illovo– Creative & Marketing Agency | R25 000

The Opportunity

If you enjoy design that tells a story and want work that goes beyond social media posts, this role is for you. You’ll create visuals for digital campaigns, websites, retail screens, in-store promotions, and out-of-home formats like billboards. You’ll earn up to R25 000 and work full-time in-office in Illovo (9 am–5 pm). This is a hands-on role where you can grow your skills across static design, motion graphics, and 3D. If you care about detail, accuracy, and strong brand work, you will fit in here.

The Company

Our client is an integrated creative and media solutions provider that helps brands show up clearly across digital platforms and physical spaces. Their work includes design, motion graphics, in-store media, and multi-channel campaign content. Their strength is a full in-house creative workflow that supports fast delivery, consistent brand execution, and high-quality production across formats.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design visuals for social media, digital ads, website graphics, and campaign content

• Create print and OOH artwork (billboards, flyers, in-store signage, POS, packaging)

• Produce 2D and 3D motion graphics for reels, explainers, and video ads

• Build moodboards and storyboards for campaigns with internal teams

• Deliver print-ready and platform-ready files with strong quality control

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or similar

• Minimum 3 years in multimedia design across digital + print

• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, 2D/3D motion, 3D renders, and OOH work

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Working knowledge of 3D software (Blender or similar)

• Able to manage deadlines and multiple formats without losing accuracy

• Bonus: agency experience, Figma/Sketch tools, HTML/CSS basics
