Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support implementation of customer and shopper marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and execute category/brand/product launches, campaigns, promotional events, in-store activations.
- Ensure marketing activities align with brand and commercial objectives.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Assist with trade marketing reporting and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate, evaluation and record campaign and promotional effectiveness.
- Conduct and compile market research, brand performance, market trends, ROI and competitor analysis.
- Track sales performance, depletions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Compile and support pricing and product positioning analysis.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with internal teams, retailers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
Events, Promotions & POS Management
- Coordinate local events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Draw up event and promotion-specific briefs and budgets.
- Conduct post-event analysis with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and update POS databases and stock control.
- Oversee general organisation and supervision of the marketing store.
Administration & Budget Support
- Assist with managing trade marketing and project budgets.
- Compile and process pre- and post-event documentation including quotations, buyer requisitions, POS, deliveries and invoices.
- Ensure accurate filing and record management.
- Monitor marketing spend against approved budgets.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organised, and passionate about brand growth, engagement, and trade marketing execution. They are comfortable working across multiple teams, analysing data, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring successful execution of promotional initiatives in a fast-moving
environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Promotion, Customer Marketing, Consumer
- Analytics
- Project Management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and events when required
