What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the setup, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitoring and improving performance metrics such as engagement, acquisition costs, and return on ad spend
Managing and pacing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and impact
Testing and refining ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion outcomes
Analysing campaign results and translating data into practical insights and recommendations
Producing concise, meaningful performance reports for internal stakeholders
Working closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging goals
Keeping up to date with platform changes, new features, and digital advertising best practices
What You’ll Bring
2–5+ years’ experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
Strong hands‑on capability across major paid platforms (search, social, and professional networks)
Solid experience working with analytics and tracking tools to measure performance accurately
A clear understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and drive improvements
