Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems, endpoints, and network activity to detect irregular or malicious behaviour.
- Investigate and manage security incidents, ensuring effective containment, resolution, and reporting.
- Perform threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and track remediation efforts across environments.
- Contribute to incident response processes, including reporting, root cause analysis, and improvements.
- Evaluate security controls and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Maintain accurate documentation including incident logs, procedures, and remediation records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and security posture.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant IT or cybersecurity qualification.
- 3–5 years’ experience in security operations, incident handling, or threat analysis.
- Proven experience working with security tools, SIEM platforms, or endpoint protection solutions.
- Exposure to multi-client or managed services environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and investigation techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud and security ecosystems (including identity and access management).
- Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and manage remediation processes.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.

- Professional communication skills in English.
- Clear criminal record and valid driver’s license.
