A well-established national security solutions provider is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive new business within their physical guarding division.
This role is suited to a driven, target-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and has a proven ability to secure and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and industrial sectors
• Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and client visits to build a strong pipeline
• Present tailored security solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain and grow client relationships for long-term value
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Minimum Requirements:
• 3–5 years external sales experience (essential)
• Proven track record in new business development
• Strong cold calling and prospecting ability
• Highly self-motivated with a competitive, target-driven mindset
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Advantageous:
• Experience within the security industry
• Exposure to B2B / corporate sales environments
Package:
• Basic salary: R25,000 per month
• Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
