Job Summary
Duties include:
•Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Promptly address daily feedback as received.
•To ensure that the Company’s image is maintained and that the desired standard of work is reached.
•Perform site inspections in assigned areas and provide reports on activities, outcomes, and suggestions.
•Create cleaning and deep cleaning schedules for all shifts.
•Oversee the complete recruitment process of all new contracts, including hiring staff, conducting induction, establishing work schedules, etc.
•Ensure that weekly client meetings are held.
•Compiling monthly report.
•Weekly equipment, PPE and uniform inspections, and audits to be done.
•To uphold discipline through adherence to the company's disciplinary code and procedures, while also addressing any grievances.
•Recognizing areas requiring training and development and notifying superiors accordingly.
Qualification and Position requirements:
•Grade 12;
•5+ years’ experience in a similar position.
•Well-developed operational and administrative skills,
•Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English,
•Computer literate,
•Financial skills understanding, adjusting and effective control over all assets,
•Good people skills,
•Organizational ability,
•Valid Driver’s License,
•Must reside in area of operations or be willing to re-locate,
•Must be able to work independently,
•Must be able to work under pressure,
•Must be able and willing to work shifts, (If/When required).
