Job Type: Full time, On-Site (Rosebank)

Salary: R700-R800K per annum

Reports to: Programme Delivery Executive

We are recruiting an experienced Implementation Partner Manager to join a purpose-driven organisation focused on Youth Development. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, programme implementation, operations and stakeholder management.

Role Responsibilities

Lead strategic, cross-functional implementation initiatives from planning through to delivery
Build and manage strong relationships with implementation partners and key stakeholders.
Drive partner performance, operational readiness and consistent programme delivery.
Identify delivery risks, operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Essential Criteria for consideration

A completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
5+ years' experience engaging with CORPORATE/ENTERPRISE clients across implementation, programme/project management, operations, partner management or strategic initiatives.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes and multiple stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management capabilities.
The ability to turn strategy into structured, practical execution.

Experience within youth employment, skills development, social impact, enterprise programmes or large-scale implementation environments will be given preference.
