What You’ll Be Trusted With
You won’t just “do admin.” You’ll be the backbone of the revenue cycle, the quiet force that keeps cash flow healthy and clients accounted for.
- Manage and maintain the full debtors’ ledger
- Capture invoices accurately and efficiently
- Take and process client orders
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and drive collections
- Allocate payments correctly and without error
- Reconcile customer accounts with precision
- Resolve account queries efficiently and professionally
- Prepare debtor reports and aging analyses
- Liaise confidently with both clients and internal teams
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a similar debtors/accounts role
- Strong numerical ability and reconciliation skills
- Clear, confident communication (especially when chasing money)
- High attention to detail — borderline obsessive (in a good way)
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid Excel skills — not just opening spreadsheets, but actually using them
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ experience working with high-volume accounts and clients
