Job Summary
RETAIL MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER/EAST LONDON - We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Manager to support the daily operations of our client’s retail store. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and operational goals. Must have own reliable transport. Must be happy working retail hours, week-ends
Requirements:
Previous retail or supervisory experience essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Retail Manager in overseeing store operations
Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Help ensure visual merchandising standards are met
Monitor sales and assist in driving store performance
Salary: Market related depending on experience
