General Manager – Food Services Industry
Location: East London
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join a dynamic team in the food services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and leadership experience in food, retail, or wholesale environments, with a proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and business operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent; relevant post-graduate qualification preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a food service, warehouse & logistics, or retail environment

Minimum of 5 years’ management experience
-
Relevant computer experience, particularly Microsoft Excel

Relevant food and wholesale experience
-
Packaging experience will be an advantage

Budget management and financial oversight

Staff management and leadership development

Health and safety compliance

Administration and reporting
