Duties:

• Process and coordinate online orders, including stock allocation, packing, dispatch, and courier deliveries.

• Maintain accurate website product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat, resolving order and delivery issues.

• Monitor outstanding orders, abandoned carts, courier reports, invoices, and online sales performance.

• Coordinate promotional stock, hampers, competition prizes, marketing merchandise, and branded materials.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding quotations, purchase orders, stock requirements, and deliveries.

• Maintain loyalty card records, Click & Collect spare parts listings, and digital screen content.

• Coordinate custom label design, review, approval, and ordering.

• Keep accurate records and ensure all requests and administrative tasks are completed within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant qualification in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online store administration, customer service or a similar role.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Experience with website management systems and order processing platforms is advantageous.

Familiarity with the following:

• FMCG industry operations.

• E-commerce platforms and online order management.
