Our client, a well-established organisation based in Woodmead, is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of sourcing and placing senior and specialist talent across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where your expertise in headhunting and employer branding will directly influence business success.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies focused on senior and specialist roles.
- Partner with senior management to identify hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Enhance and streamline recruitment systems, processes, and workflows.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Analyse recruitment data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:- National Diploma or Degree in HR or a related Business Science qualification.
Experience:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing specialist / senior recruitment.
- Proven track record in headhunting scarce skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leadership.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of labour legislation related to recruitment.
- Experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and people-centric approach.
