Key Responsibilities:
Manage weekly & monthly payroll processing for 2000+ staff
Ensure Sage 300 operations run accurately and efficiently
Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures & legislative requirements
Manage statutory deductions, levies & third-party payments
Review and align payroll policies where required to improve controls and efficiencies
Lead payroll audits, reconciliations & reporting processes
Manage and develop the payroll team to deliver high performance
Skills & Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Finance / HR / Payroll
5+ years Payroll Management experience in a high-volume environment
Sage 300 experience essential
Strong governance, risk & compliance background
Experience processing weekly & monthly payroll cycles
Proven people management and leadership skills
