Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in the accounting industry as a SAIPA Trainee. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in accounting and work towards becoming a qualified Professional Accountant.
You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills in various areas, including accounting, taxation, financial management, and business advisory services. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will gain hands-on experience by working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Participate in tax compliance and advisory services.
- Support in financial analysis and budgeting activities.
- Engage in client meetings and communications.
- Contribute to team projects and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in the SAIPA training program
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong academic record
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ambitious and driven mindset
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to professional development.
