Job Summary
A Dynamic Company is seeking a Sales Team Leader that will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of sales consultants within a financial services/debt management environment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving team performance, and delivering ethical debt solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.

Location: Pretoria
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets

Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews

Provide ongoing product, compliance, and objection-handling training

Ensure all sales activities comply with financial services regulations and company policies

Support complex client cases and escalations

Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff

Analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies

Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in financial services or debt management sales
- Registered Debt Counselor or Debt Counselling Experience

Previous team leader or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of debt solutions and financial regulations

Excellent leadership and motivational skills

Strong communication and coaching ability

Target-driven with strong analytical skills
