An established financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join their team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous experience supporting Financial Planners or Financial Advisors who understands the administration, documentation and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Financial Planners.
Prepare and process client documentation.
Assist with new business applications and policy administration.
Liaise with clients and financial institutions.
Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation.
Assist with diary management and client appointments.
Provide exceptional client service throughout the advice process.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Financial Advisory practice.
✔ Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
✔ Strong administration and organisational skills.
✔ Excellent communication and client service abilities.
✔ Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
✔ Own reliable transport.
