Role Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and target-focused Contact Agent to join a high-performance team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoy engaging with professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
- Generate new business by sourcing leads and booking appointments
- Engage with medical professionals and secure appointments for financial advisors
- Maintain and manage appointment schedules in line with advisor diaries
- Work closely with financial advisors and internal teams
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Contribute to overall new business revenue growth
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–3 years’ experience in call centre, telesales, or outbound sales
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and rapport-building ability
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated
- Computer literate

- Ability to engage confidently with professional clients (e.g. medical professionals)
- Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet targets
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
