- Execute strategy with clear KPIs and cost discipline.
- Hold senior leaders accountable for financial and operational delivery.
Leadership & Culture
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Strengthen and align the executive team.
- Ensure brand positioning remains competitive and relevant.
Commercial & Operational Oversight
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Oversee major procurement, stock, and working capital management.
- Ensure operational efficiency across regions and divisions.
Risk, Governance & Finance
- Provide strategic financial oversight beyond reporting.
- Identify and mitigate business risks.
- Maintain strong governance and stakeholder communication.
