What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios for card and payments platforms.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Validate system functionality related to Base24, Postilion, and other card processing platforms.

• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools.

• Collaborate with development teams to analyse, prioritise, and resolve defects.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across transaction flows and system functionality.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Ensure traceability between business requirements, test scenarios, and results.

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements.

• Support UAT processes, assisting business stakeholders in validating system functionality.

• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.

• Contribute to improving testing methodologies and quality assurance standards.

• Support initiatives to introduce or enhance automation testing practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance or testing.

• Proven expertise in testing financial systems and card processing platforms.

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with automation testing tools and practices.

• Experience with Base24, Postilion, or similar card processing systems.
