Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ Insurance industry experience (short-term | Commercial | Assets All Risks | Personal lines | Travel)
- Proven experience managing and growing a Client Portfolio
- Strong new Business development and Client retention track record
- RE5 qualification
- FAIS compliant
- NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance or recognized Industry qualification
- Strong sales | Negotiation | Relationship management skills
- Sound knowledge of Insurance products | Underwriting principles | Policy structures
- Experience conducting Client reviews | Risk assessments | and preparing Quotations | Proposals
- Strong compliance | Documentation | Administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office | Excel | Outlook | Word
- Position is in Office | Own vehicle and valid Driver's license required for Client Visits
- Excellent English communication skills | written | verbal
Salary Structure:
- Salary negotiable based on experience
