Job Summary
Our Client is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Project Coordinator to support delivery within a regulated, enterprise-scale financial services environment. The role operates within a hybrid delivery model, combining Agile ways of working with traditional project governance, and requires strong coordination capability across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
This role is critical to enabling disciplined delivery, transparency, and execution effectiveness across strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Delivery & Coordination Experience
- 5–10 years experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar delivery support role)
- Proven experience supporting multiple workstreams or complex projects
- Strong coordination across Agile teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience managing RAID logs, delivery plans, dependencies, actions, and reporting
- Agile & Hybrid Delivery
- Solid working knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) delivery
- Experience operating in hybrid environments (Agile delivery with formal governance, stage gates, and reporting)
- Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies (stand?ups, reviews, retrospectives) while maintaining delivery discipline
- Governance & Financial Services
- Financial services and/or insurance experience is strongly preferred
- Exposure to regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit-driven environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance and controls
