Finance & Operations Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow and profitability.
  

• Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability and performance.
  

• Optimise ERP systems, improve workflows and introduce automation.
  

• Strengthen financial controls, inventory management, import costings and operational processes.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity and business efficiency.
  

• Partner with executive management to drive commercial and operational improvements.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT or Information Systems.
  

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, including proven management and team leadership.
  

• Experience within Retail, Wholesale, Imports, Distribution or FMCG is essential.
  

• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including inventory, costing and profitability.
  

• Excellent ERP and business systems knowledge, ideally SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite.
  

• A passion for technology, automation, data analytics and smarter ways of working.
  

• Confident leadership skills with the ability to challenge, influence and drive results.
  

• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
