Private Wealth Manager assistant - Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Wealth Consultants.
- Maintain accurate client records and complete all required administrative documentation.
- Support consultants with diary management and client communication.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Carrick Wealth's services and value proposition.
- Achieve agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.
- Liaise with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and follow-up requirements.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and service provider engagements.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ work experience (sales or client-facing roles preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services (advantageous)
- Minimum requirement - Matric
